Entry to Employment (e2e) is a programme aimed at young people
aged between 16 and 18 years of age. This is an 'Open Entry'
programme; all young people are welcome, no matter what qualifications
have been gained at school or previous experience. The programme
is aimed at young people who would rather follow a 'work based
learning' route rather than an academic route.
Qualified trainers identify and assess young people’s
individual learning needs and styles and set out an agreed
'individual learning plan'. E2e helps young people achieve
skills and confidence to enable them to gain employment, progress
to college or enter the forces in the future.
On e2e we can help learners produce a professional CV, carry
out job search skills, including help with writing letters,
telephone and interview techniques. Young people can also
experience ‘work tasters’ in a variety of occupational
areas with a view to becoming fully employed and/or to gain
a qualification.
E2e is a very flexible programme offering individual support,
guidance and a chance to meet new people, share your experiences
and make new friends.
We recruit every week alternating in Fareham and Gosport.
Some of the qualifications that are available on the e2e
programme are:
Essential skills – Literacy and numeracy Qualifications
from Entry levels to Level 3 (this includes key skills)
Wider key skills – Improving Own Learning and Performance,
