Fareport Training Organisation Limited is a private training provider delivering a range of training opportunities for businesses and young people throughout Fareham, Gosport and Hampshire. Established in 1981 we specialise in meeting the needs of young people and provide opportunities for all abilities to develop their employability and personal skills.

Individuals receive an initial assessment during which we establish individual needs and aspirations. Individual learning plans are then offered to ensure that aims are met with challenging targets.

Entry to Employment (e2e) encourages young people who are unsure of what work they wish to do, who have been unhappy with previous choices, or need assistance to get into work, college or the armed forces to achieve their goals. This flexible programme can last for just a few weeks, or considerably longer to help individuals develop. This programme can help young people in developing their basic skills in literacy, numeracy and ICT, gaining qualifications to prove their achievement.
